How many days in advance should I place my order?

An advance order of at least 2-4 days is always appreciated but we understand the urgency sometimes and the “oops I forgot” so we do accept next-day deliveries. For more urgent orders, kindly give us a call.

Will my purchase be exactly the same as what is in the photo?

Do you accept same-day delivery?

We may be able to, kindly give us a call.

Where do you deliver to? Do you delivery outside of Kota Kinabalu?

Our delivery covers most of Kota Kinabalu. You will be able to see a list of areas we deliver to on the check-out page. For out-of-town deliveries, kindly give us a call to inquire.

Why is there a delivery charge?

We do not deduct the cost for delivery (fuel, parking charges, time etc) from the item you have purchased to ensure you get the full value of what you pay for. This is also why delivery charge varies according to area.

Are deliveries made by third-party runners on motorcycles?

No, they are made by our own delivery team in vans. We do not deliver flowers by motorcycles. Some out-of-town deliveries may be made by third-party transport companies.

What is the delivery time? Can I request for an exact delivery time?

Our delivery time is from 10am to 5pm. We always try our best to have our flowers out for delivery as soon as they are prepared to ensure our recipients receive the freshest blooms. We can’t promise an on-the-dot delivery time but you could let us know if you have a preference of morning or afternoon. Special deliveries outside our operating hours would incur a surcharge of RM50 on top of the delivery charge. Kindly get in touch with us if you need after-hour delivery service.

Can you take a photo/video of the recipient when the delivery is being made?

No, it is against our strict company policy for our delivery team to take a photo/video of our recipients (mostly female) to protect the recipients’ privacy. We have had to bear serious consequences before when we did not adhere to this. We hope you would understand and we are sure your recipient will be more than happy to send you a photo of themselves after they have received their flowers.

Are the deliveries “surprise deliveries”?

Most recipients are surprised with the deliveries. We do not call our recipients beforehand unless only necessary such as:

  • the address is inaccurate/incomplete
  • our delivery team is unable to access past security/guard house
  • our delivery team is unable to locate the address
  • someone else has received the delivery on their behalf

Do you charge for redelivery?

We do charge a redelivery fee and you will be informed beforehand.

Self Pick-up

Can I pick up the flowers?

Sure! Opt for the self pick-up option at check out.

What time can I pick up my flowers?

Most pick-ups could be done after 12pm. We will give you a call should there be any delays. Do also give us a call if you have a preferred pick-up time.

Payment

What are your payment methods?

We accept internet bank transfer (FPX) and major credit cards (via Paypal).

Can I request for an official invoice for my purchase?

Sure, kindly get in touch with us with your order number and we will send you an official invoice/receipt via email.

Do you do refunds?

If there is an unavoidable need to cancel/change your order, kindly get in touch with us ASAP. We may be able to amend your order or give you a store credit if you inform us of the cancellation or change of date at least 2 days in advance.

Must I include the recipient’s phone number?

Yes, We do require recipients’ details. We do not call our recipients beforehand unless only necessary such as:

  • the address is inaccurate/incomplete
  • our delivery team is unable to access past security/guard house
  • our delivery team is unable to locate the address
  • someone else has received the delivery on their behalf

Will my information be revealed to my recipient?

It is our priority to keep our senders’ and recipients’ details private. We never print or reveal anything more than what you have indicated in the “message on card” column. 

Will my name be included in the card message?

If you do not include your name on the “message on card” column, we will not include it and you will remain anonymous.
